1. Dedicated Contact

You will have an appointed Project Manager as well as contact details for your onsite foreman at all times. Director Callum is also personally involved in every project so if you ever feel the need to have a quick chat, he is always available.

CJS treats every client as if they were our family and we take time to get to know you and tour requirements for your build in detail.

2. Experience

The CJS team have many years combined industry experience and are experts at delivering homes with a quality finish.

We offer expert advice throughout every step of the building process. We also setup a dedicated timeline and walk you through your options, supporting you to make the best decisions possible.

3. Quality Control

We have our own internal CJS 157 point quality assurance checklist that will be signed off by your dedicated project manager to ensure the highest quality workmanship.

We also cover you with our NO FAIL POLICY – If an inspection fails to a CJS fault, we will cover the cost of a reinspection.

4. Peace of Mind
