  • Get to know your project

    INITIAL CONTACT

    Following your initial line of inquiry Callum will be in touch with you to discuss your requirements and arrange a meeting with you

  • On-site inspection

    FACE TO FACE

    Callum will come to meet with you to discuss your ideas for your dream space. In this initial meeting, you will cover not only your ideas and vision for your project but where you are at with the formal stuff – architectural drawings, council consents, engineers etc. If you are still in the concept stage, we can put you in touch with the right people to help you really get underway.

  • Mapping your build on paper

    CONCEPT TO REALITY

    While you are working with your architect to create your dream space, we will be there to answer any questions you may have and to support you through this process.

  • Final sign offs

    BEFORE WORK BEGINS

    Once you are ready, we will meet with you again to go over your architectural plans, discuss construction and put together a contract, timeline, and construction plan with you.

  • Exciting times we start building

    YOUR BUILD BEGINS!

    We will have an on-site meeting with you to go over our ‘Pre construction checklist’ and then the real fun can begin – the construction of your dream space. We will involve you in every step of the construction process, have weekly meetings with you and always be on hand to answer any questions you have throughout the build.

  • Your dream is now a reality

    YOUR NEW SPACE

    Upon completion of your project we will conduct a final inspection and site visit with you to ensure your total satisfaction and present you with your final paperwork. We will ensure you have your FREE full house clean booked in, if this hasn’t been done already and present you with your gift. Then it is time to simply sit back and enjoy your new space!
